Mcalister's Deli

Each in our party of 4 enjoyed the food that we selected, though we noted the limited menu. Two of us ordered soup, one had a salad, and one ordered a sandwich. After a brief wait in line, we ordered, paid, and selected a table. Our food was delivered in less than 10 minutes. Though we ate inside, the outdoor dining option looked lovely.

We recently placed a large order for a group of 30 people through McAlister's online ordering system, but it didn't have the capability to specify individual names for each order, like other food chains. So, we decided to call in the order and the person who assisted us, possibly named Shanti, was very knowledgeable and patient. Although there was an error with our order, it's understandable when handling such a large amount of orders at once. However, I was disappointed to overhear one of the line cooks saying "They are stealing from us" while double checking the ticket, as it's unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. Despite this, the overall handling of the situation was good and I would consider eating at McAlister's again.

Order at the counter is the first step. I ordered the McAlister sandwich. Tomato soup and side salad with ranch. The soup was very good. The sandwich was satisfying and the salad was good. I ordered a water and was given a large cup which was nice They delivered the food to my table in a couple of minutes. The service was good
