Good ice cream, not great service, the guy helping us just slopped some ice cream and toppings in a bowl, and all over the side of the bowl, it was not well prepared. The one in Cincinnati by Kenwood mall is much better.

One of the best places to get ice cream in the area. Highly recommend. They have vegan/lactose-free options available. The line is usually long, but it typically moves fast.

All of the staff at Graeter’s icecream were really nice and helpful! I loved my brownie sundae, it was exactly what I was wanting! My fiancé loved his one scoop come. We didn’t realize there were so many options of cones so we got stuck on that at first but we’re able to have a smooth experience. The staff is efficient and kind! The whole place was super busy on a Sunday evening!

I had a sunrise sensation smoothie and it was the best. The only downside was they too k forever because the employees were talking about non work related things for about 4 minutes before they started making my smoothie.
