The food was good & hot. Fresh bread sticks without asking for them.
The crew member who took our order was the best. She smiled and asked if we were ready to order. She answered questions regarding food choices. Her cheerful mannerisms were refreshing. I attempted to order coffee, but it was available.

My order for the ultimate family sampler (under $40 for a family-style meal for 8) was a hit with my office team. It was more than enough to feed 8 of us. I ordered on the app and even scored an extra discount and reward points. It was hot and ready at the expected time.

We had an excellent experience today. The food came out quickly, and Way, our server, went out of her way to help us. We brought 6 kids with us, and she made sure we were all taken of. She even helped our picky eaters by preparing plain bread sticks and butter. Great experience!

I spent 38 dollars on food, I tipped $4. Two days later, I received notice that I was charged $38 dollars extra. Watch your cards when going there......ok....so Fazoli staff, I have to publicly apologize for the before mentioned review. My
Bad experience was not your fault, but the fault of my banking institution. I do apologize for reacting in haste. I plan on visiting the location to apologize to the local staff in person. I do thank you for the concern and prompt response!!!! Kudos to you. Sorry once again!

My child and I ate dinner here and we ordered 4 different pastas and a salad. The pastas and breadsticks were delicious. The salad was not, didn't look very fresh, and tasted okay, but not great. The baked ziti is awesome and I would recommend it.
