Starbucks

As a former partner I tend to avoid the Bux because new partners are not getting the training or support they need to be successful which typically leads to subpar drinks. However, I am on vacation and was really craving a coffee so I mobile ordered and stopped in. There were only 3 people working in a busy environment and they were all lovely. The man at the register was fantastic with customers and ensuring they were well taken care of. The two partners on bar, I believe one was named Shiloh (might be wrong) and did not see the other's name, were disscusing drink standards while following said standards. I ordered a hot flat white and saw the woman pour the milk slowly and make a perfect dot on the top. She also smiled when she finished my drink, I assume because she knew how amazing she is at her job. Our drinks were amazing, and I hope your staff knows how fantastic they are. Y’all… I cannot stress enough how amazing these baristas are. Summer is my hero today. They totally saved my soul and my situation. I’ve been through the ringer today but not only did they remember who i was, remembered my drink, and was super sweet, they even got me napkins when I asked and a bunch too. As a starbucks addict it’s so nice to feel special even in a busy crazy time like the middle of June. Ryan made my drink perfectly and made this awful day so much better. Ryan is so sweet and I appreciate Ryan’s effort into being a kind person even when things seem crazy The tall guy with the beard and the bandana- i wasn’t able to get your name but you also rock! You guys killed it and I just have to thank you so much. I cant wait to get paid so i can tip the way you deserve

Shiloh has had a problem hearing my order since last Spring. She says that she indeed is "here (cash register) everyday, having trouble hearing." So I thought. Why is Shiloh here? Does she not have trouble with her ear? If Shiloh is here, have not fear to listen to my voice when I speak loud and clear. For I am a paying customer.

We often stop here on our way to the convention center -it’s slightly out of the way. Mostly because I love the location. The staff are friendly and efficient as we have always been there when it’s very busy. It’s nice to sit while waiting and observe the circle then walk around as you finish your meal and sip the magical mocha.
