I've ordered large chilis here (and pork buns for my dad) for almost 30 years and it still tastes pretty good. Still wish the interior of the store was bigger since it can get very cramped on days when something big is happening in town (Circle City Classic, 500 race, Big 10 stuff, parties at the legion hall next door, etc.) or, failing that, you could get it Doordashed.

Always loved this place since I was a kid. It had never let me down. Haven't eaten here in 22 years so I will update you on the quality of the food. Congratulations to 71 years in business. The sides have lost their touch the Mac and cheese was bland the baked beans came straight out the can the green beans are ok. But the BBQ turkey ribs were on point. Tighten up yall.

Haven't had in awhile but the rib tips were to overcooked for my liking but some people may like theirs overcooked but i will say you get an nice amount for your buck.

I've eaten here for years. I've always loved their little sweet potato pies in the little tin. I always purchased two at a time. Today I sent a friend to pick 2 up for me and they were slices instead. They say its the same recipe, but it doesn't taste the same to me. Please bring back the pie in the little tin BBQ HEAVEN!!! Otherwise, great food👍🏾

The amazing lady at the counter was the sweetest thang..she knew I was from out of town and a bit naive. She looked out for my belly AND my safety. Thank God for both. I recommend this delicious Bar B Que to everyone IN or OUT of town. It's worth the drive to Indianapolis.

Always Delicious!!! I've been eating there since they opened the very 1st one on Indiana Avenue when I was about 10 yrs. old. I'm 75 now. My parents knew the founders and my family has known that family most of our lives.

Ordering and getting my food was quick and easy! I had the BBQ bun dinner with mild sauce, slaw, and greens. It was so delicious. I highly recommend them!
