In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. But the girl working the drive through last night was the most kind, accommodating person I’ve encountered at a fast food place in years. Made my night. I hope you reward her for her amazing service.

Same great Steak 'n Shake food, updated and streamlined. Employees were friendly and helpful with the new ordering kiosks. Place was clean.

Had one 'double with cheese and a drink. Went in to order for carryout. The restaurant was meticulously clean and staffed by several Spanish speaking ladies, all of which were exceptionally friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. Strong recommendation for this place is you value clean, good and friendly. Very few fast food places achieve like this experience.
