Rally's Hamburgers

The service at this Rally's isn't generally the best or friendliest, but the food is usually hot. My biggest complaint is that the fries have always tasted like they were cooked in super old oil. I know how Rally's fries should taste, and these are just not good. Never have been for the year and a half I have lived here, but they're always hot... Without really knowing the situation in this store, I am left to assume that the staff is not pleased with the management. The quality of the food and the attitudes of the employees always suffers in a restaurant when the employees are miserable with their boss.

It seems like a typical Rally's location, but it is difficult to get into, and difficult to exit. Traffic is usually bad around this intersection, and it seems to almost always be busy. Worst of all, I don't believe I have ever received good service when stopping here. At best I've gotten mediocre service. But it is a drive through, and like I said it is busy usually. But aside from all that, the food is still great, and consistently hot and tasty.

This location might as well close down, they never seem to have "enough staff" to take orders! I find it odd that the employees are allowed to mingle outside during work hours instead of taking orders! This is ridiculous! I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time it has happened, unfortunately it's becoming the "new thing" to be "under staff". The manager should probably consider hiring more staff to ensure your costumers will be treated respectfully! Guess I'll take my money to Wendy's where the chicken is fresh and they actually have enough staff on hand to properly take orders!! Sincerely, A very upset pregnant woman

One of the rudest drive through workers I have ever experienced. Will Cartwright, assistant manager, took the order. At the speaker I felt rushed and he never repeated the order back to me. I had a coupon and when I got to the window he very coldly told me I should have mention the coupon at the speaker. Then I got my food and I was missing 2 burgers and he said he didn’t put them in and I was going to have to go back in line which was already getting longer and I was in a rush. Did not apologize or anything. Totally ruined my view on rally’s. He needs better customer service.

The food at this location is some of the worst I've ever had. The fish sandwich literally had grease pouring out of it. The fries were cooked in extremely old oil. The tea was so awful I actually spit it out and then tossed the drink. The service here is terrible too. They don't acknowledge your presence at any time. They just stare at you and then give you change and your food without saying a single word.

Food was hot and fresh. The staff was absolutely awful. I was ordering for several people (6 sandwiches/ 2 fries/ 1 motz sticks/ a few drinks)and they forgot one of my items. They not only sent another customer to my car to tell me, instead of them walking over, but when I drove back around to get my food the women working made the comment "sorry but you ordered so much we couldn't remember what was yours." The rudest people I have been served by in this area.
