Starbucks

Place is a typical Starbucks kept clean and organized. I usually order my drinks through the mobile app it is faster since they have a dedicated batista to mobile orders while everyone else works the drive-through and counter orders. Plus, mobile orders give me control to make the drink how I want without asking, confusing things of the baristas, or spelling my name wrong 😆. The staff are always friendly and cheerful or if not put on a great act becasue they seem pleasant each time I have come in.

Pretty fast service, Went through the drive-through October 14th 22 ordered a large dragon drink it's an amazing drink by the way most of the time it was $6.16 and it was the all time worst drink ever I don't know why but they put like 4 pieces of little bitty fruit in there 6 ice cubes and way too much coconut milk for the drink and it was just awful I didn't even drink it $6.16 down the drain Oh don't take my word on it I'm gonna post pictures to prove it thanks Starbucks at South port road.

I don't often review big chains like this because the whole point is they are supposed to be the same. But wow. I was having the WORST morning and this location was the only reason I could get on with my life today.... The person taking my order in the drive-thru was patient & professional. But the person at the window was literally the nicest human I've ever met. I asked about the egg bites because I ordered them but never tried them. And they were very kind in explaining them to me. When I tipped (as all of us should be doing), they lit up with this gorgeous smile. After thanking me, I thanked them because all I had to do was sit around waiting for my coffee. All of them were the ones who had to work hard! The laugh this person has was almost as amazing as their smile. When I'm in the area, I will only be going to this location. Apologies that I never got your name!! But thank you again for your kindness and I truly do hope your day was easy <3

This is MY Starbucks. Everyone knows what I'm taking about when I say it. These baristas are incredible. They are caring, helpful, funny, and are always willing to give recommendations when needed. I've gone there and gotten "pup cups" on my cats birthdays and they've written special notes on them. They've even covered one of my drinks on a really bad day a long time ago. I will tell everyone about this place when I get subpar service at other locations saying that "my Starbucks would never" or "they always get my drink right." They just know what they are doing and they make it nice to stop in. I love this location and I am glad it's nearby to me.

The Barista was very helpful with choosing something since my son picked out his complimentary Birthday coffee. She also helped me find some almonds because I wanted some. This was all during a very busy time of day. I also notice the customers were very helpful by backing up so I could pull out. THANKS!!
