Bella Pizzeria

My coworkers and I frequent this location. Always love the food. Today when we came in we ordered an entire pizza for us all to share and the guy who took our order refused to let us split the cost (even though we have done this every time we have visited). He was very short, did not listen well, and really put a sour taste in my mouth. Treat your customers well!

Got my pizza 50 minutes after the PROMISED delivery time.Had to call to see what was going on and who I assume was the manager said the pizza was on its way. 30 minutes later the driver showed up. Pizza was barely warm and the entire center was soggy and gross. So exhaustingly upsetting. Paid full price with a tip and Everything. I've never thrown away an entire pizza before. What a waste of time and money.

It's a pretty standard by-the-slice strip mall pizza place, where you'll point to cold pizzas behind the glass, and they'll reheat some at request. The pizza is ok, the service kinda feels like you're ordering food from some guys that don't have time or interest in dealing with you, but it's pizza by the slice, and you know what you're getting into. Nothing special, but it's what was advertised.

I manage hotels in the area and had lots of work to do so I just ordered some pizza. I was excited to try something new. My pizza was to arrive at 1255. (An hr) I called at 110 the store location stated it was with the driver. The driver called from his cell tried to say he was on the way and see me in 5 to 10 min. So I called in 15 min... and he then showed up 30 min after that. I would never order from them again . Food was warmish. Breadsticks extremely bland & Un-tasty! It was nearly 2 hours when my pizza was actually delivered. I will not have their menus at the hotel as I would NEVER recommend this kind of service. I know things happen but when brought to their attention they did not utilize any form of customer service and make it right. Such as please try us again certificate or anything. I assume because they would only fail again. Two thumbs down This is my very first 1 star review because it was just that gross and aggrevating.

Absolutely incredible! They said new york style and they weren't lieing! Being from new jersey, born and raised, I've grown accustomed to specific pizza that I cannot find in Indiana! This place had it right! The sauce, cheese and topping ratio is perfect. And the CANNOLIS! PERFECT! Already ordered again and they deliver to castleton where i live and work! Great guys too!

Ordered pizza at 5:15 and was estimated delivery was 6:10. 6:10 came and went. We called at 6:40 just to check up and were told that they only had one driver and it was out for delivery now. That’s fine. 7:30 rolls around and still no pizza. Fiancé tried to call again and as soon as he got his name out they hung up on him and then sent two more calls straight to voice mail. I called to see what’s up. The man who picked up very rudely told me there was nothing they could do and he had no idea where the delivery driver was. Told him I would call back in 20 for a refund if it didn’t show up. Pizza finally arrived and the delivery driver very rudely told us our phone was off because he had called 2 times. I apologized and said I may have put the number in wrong by mistake. Looked at the receipt and the number was correct, we had no missed calls. Whatever pizza was there. When we opened the box it was ice cold and had a terribly funky taste. We have been eating Bella for years in Carmel and Fishers and never had a problem. Needless to say I’m in the Taco Bell drive thru and will NOT be returning to this very rude and unprofessional location.
