Fit at front counter calling people bro giving everyone attitude, no bbq sauce , no original coke, sprite Dr Pepper. Everyone order wrong. Left me hanging wouldn’t assist or help me spoke rudely to the door dasher. The older bigger guy up front with glasses please get rid of this guy horrible service

Order is wrong every single time! This was my 3 time coming here, because I thought a few months might give them time to improve. But that was not the case. My order was missing key components yet again, therefore, I will not be returning here. You should only come here if you don't mind rude employees, long wait times, and you are willing to awkwardly sit at the drive-thru window to triple check that you have all your items and sauces before driving away.

I was pleasantly surprised! The lady taking my order was about as rude as you can be in customer service. But my food was the hottest, freshest, and best tasting food I've ever gotten from a Wendy's. That lady can continue being as rude as she wants, just keep the food coming hot.
Edit: same service today . And the lady at the drive thru was noticeably high on drugs .. could barely speak and keep her eyes open.

This place was a wreck when I went through the drive through. Smelled terrible as if the dumpster hadn’t been cleaned in years. I ordered a hamburger and fries and was surprised to hear the Frosty machine was working so I snagged one as well. About half way through the frosty I felt something in the bottom of the cup and as I looked down I found an opened ketchup packet right in the middle of my frosty. Absolutely disgusting, that’ll probably be the last time I eat Wendy’s altogether.

Messed up my order reset and seems like the just throw your food in the bag, seems like the employees struggle to even use the basic and common sense when serving food. Waste of time and money coming here

Long and slow moving line on drive thru. Had to wait at the window for the food like they didn't start making it until it was my turn at the window. Guy working the window was nice but other staff I saw seemed unprofessional and disorganized

I absolutely hate going to Wendy's. Seems like most of the restaurant's service is extremely slow and workers are rude. My kids love the food, but because of service I'm thinking of never going back. I'm sure they will be sad and I hate making them sad, but that's how much I hate going there.

Terrible experience at this location. Don’t bother ordering through the app, the employees won’t bring the order out to your car.
