This is the best Papa John's pizza Ive had in a while and I was a fan when Papa Johns until the one on Georgetown Rd dont put sauce on the pizza. Papa Johns needs sauce and the one on Shadeland has made me cheery again... Will only order from that one(.)

This by far the best papa John's .pizza has been hot an good there customer service is above & beyond. Some of the best delivery drivers friendly, fast, if any issues come up they called me about. I've been ordering for over month while being at my hotel room thank you for the great food,service.

I'll be honest... I haven't been a fan of Papa John's for a long time, but a few months ago my family got tired of Domino's and one of my kids saw a commercial for PJ'S. We gave it a shot and have been hooked since! This location is always quick with delivery, food is always hot, plus delicious, and drivers are always friendly and polite. I just got an online order and my extra sauces were missing. I managed a certain pizza place before and know that things happen and how customer service can be. I called to get my sauces credited to my account, but the manager insisted that I get a free pizza even though I just insisted that I only wanted the money for the missing sauces credited to my account. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Obviously, I think this location deserves your business. Just remember, even if your only 99% satisfied when you order, they will make sure that you're 100% satisfied before you order again. 5 stars all around!! KEEP IT UP SHADELAND TEAM!!

New recipe jalapeños bites are far better than the old recipe. It tastes as though the pizza crust recipe may have improved as well. It might be an anomaly. However, The Works pizza had more toppings and cheese than "normal" . . . huge improvement!

This location is almost always busy when we order from here. The last time we ordered from here, I went right in. The other times, there has been a line out the door. The workers do a good job of getting the line moving. My only issue is the lack of being able to track my order online. I'm guessing it's because this is such a small town. Every time we order from Indy or Greenwood, I can see when it's done. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back.

Y’all my husband and I both have covid and are a bit weak so we ordered pizza to avoid cooking. I called the store to let them know we have covid and to avoid anyyyy contact with us. whoever is working this evening and answered my call at 7:54 pm - I love you 😭 Thank you for the note!

If you order a pizza at 5pm on a Friday night, and you don't understand why it's running late, you don't know how the real world works.
Also, if the store is understaffed, no body is going to call you back to tell you "hey we're understaffed, your order maybe late." Maybe these are questions you should ask before you place your order. Be aware of the time. The majority of orders come in between 5-9pm.
Also, tip your driver. They know ahead of time, and non-tippers are usually given to door dash. Drivers deliver pizzas with tips first, if you don't tip, nobody cares what you say because you are an awful person.
