Taichi Asian Grill House

Food was AMAZING, it was fresh, it was hot, this place is ridiculously underrated and a drastic improvement from the place that was there before. We went at dinner time, and it was sadly very empty for such high quality food and service. I had the General Tso's chicken and loved it, my friend had the chicken and broccoli and it was fabulous. The crab rangoons were to die for. The service was fast the waitress was very attentive and friendly. If you love good Chinese, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommended.

I love their lunch buffet special. It's a good deal, and some good eating. And they even have a sushi bar. It's a pretty cool place to bring somebody. But it costs money for a drink other than water which I feel is somewhat unfair. But I get it. But sometimes I feel like they don't pay close enough attention to the food that's put out there. But at the same time, it's like that with any buffet. Good place to eat overall.

The decor has clean lines and a nice distinction between light and dark woods. The booths can be a little cramped for longer legged people due to the BBQ cookers built into the tables. The buffet at lunch the day I was there had a decent selection, but some of the items were cold. I don't think they are paying attention to holding temperatures. The sushi selection was decent for lunch and there was a sushi chef on duty.

Before renovations I loved this place, easy going and no one bothered you after paying to get the lunch/dinner buffet. There renovations are nice, and the food still tastes great and it was served hot on the buffet when I ate in. The table booths are quite large that leave small leg space, I had to move mine over. The service was good, but always watching you to wait to pick up a plate or refill your drink, and gave a more annoying feel than enjoying my food. Edit:3 to 4 stars, the online ordering for pickup is great.

A Chinese food restaurant unlike any other. An interior that was made with a modern cultural experience in mind. Unique House Special rolls, on top of the unbeatable classics. While delivery may be convenient, dining in with the staff makes it so you never have to lift a finger. It's something that is impossible to match. I recommend everyone check this place out before they have to start taking reservations weeks in advance.

This is a new hidden gem downtown. The food was outstanding and the staff was very helpful. They are very friendly and took great care of us. They helped us experience and enjoy our first hot pot which was phenomenal. Typically i have only been able to get hot pots in bigger cities so it’s very nice to have a good one in Indianapolis. We will be back very soon.
