Gotta Love Popeye's, I mean what's not to like? The only criticism that I have is when the chicken sandwich came out it was fire, Big, Fat, Thick, and Juicy! And no I'm not talking about the girl taking the orders lol but now it seems like the chicken sandwiches are getting pretty thin compared to what they used to be, So what is it, y'all got the chickens on a slim fast diet or something? Bring back the B.F.T.J.

He customer service was great. I went through the drive-through, and the girl was nice and helpful. However, I was given the wrong food. It was super fresh and hot. Went in to get my order, and they sincerely apologized, gave me my order and it was fresh and hot!!!! Human error it happens. Over all great experience and customer service was A+

I mean it was under construction but crew seemed down to earth I didn't get exactly what I came for because I had a pocket full of coupons and not enough money to spend and they only had blackened chicken at time but the sandwich was delicious it was actually my first time in my 33 years ever having popeyes besides some red beans and rice I ate as someone's leftovers before. I'd like to come back once these fast food lobbys finally open back up and actually try a fresh cooked meal at a table rather than in traffic out a bag.

This was about 2 weeks ago... Well, when I first walked in there was no one in line, yay. And, the shrimp tackle box had good portion sizes. 🍤 Then the mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. I forgot to ask for honey but they gave it to me on top of some ALREADY being in the bag. 🍯 Of course, I had to re-swipe my card because it didn’t go through the first time and I kinda figured. But, waited until they said to re-swipe it. 💳 Overall, it was fantastic.

I ordered here 2 times and both times I was impressed with the quickness, freshness and deliciousness that was my food! I didn't get a fork for my Mac and cheese or cake but it was so good that I didn't care! To all the women on shift today and the other day you're all awesome and have GREAT customer service! Thank you!
