Applebee's

I dine in with my familly. The food was Amazing, But I didn't get a good service. I was waiting 10min just to come and get the ordre of the drink. And she is not even smile. she was folding menu and let us waiting. And served the food with dry face. I wish to teach her how to treat people her name is Linda.

The first one to meet us at the door was Josh. You could tell he was stressed. He politely let us know that there was a wait due to lack of staff. One of the waitresses asked Josh to seat us in her area. And that she would take care of. We had just came from Olive Garden, due to there extremely long wait. And even though the staff at Applebee's was stretched thin, they nocked themselves out to take care of EVERYONE who walked in the front door. And did so with kindness and courtesy. THAT is sorely lacking in today's society. So when it is so freely given, it is received with humbled and appreciative hearts. Thank you Josh and the rest of the staff.

We had the best experience from the time we walked into the door till we departed to the parking lot. The food was delightful and we enjoyed our meal. The employees were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu items, and gave us great suggestions. I will say this was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in quite a while. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

The only bad part about this was that I had a pick up order that was supposed to be picked up at 1:30pm. I get there a few minutes after, pull up to the to-go and went online to say I was there. 10 minutes went by and no one came out. So I decided to go in and check on my order. The place was not busy at all. It was probably 5 to 10 minutes minutes before someone actually came to help me. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. So an order that was supposed to be ready by 130pm, during an extremely low time, it took me thirty minutes to get. Not very happy about that. But the food was good at least. The fries were a little soggy but I expected that regardless since it was a to go order. Hope next time is better.

Went to Applebee's for a celebration dinner of our daughters coming in second place at the cheer competition. The waiter Shaun we had was a little clueless and not very helpful. missing food, orders not right. We asked for a manager Brittany assist with the request quickly we spoke to the manager James and explained all of our concerns He made everything right food finally came out everything was great. I just wanted to say Thank you James for being a great manager I really appreciate you.
