I don’t mind waiting 30 minutes. I’ve never experienced this before until today. I place my Oder at 5:50pm and I received by 8:40pm. My kids is hungry during the waiting hour. By the time I’ve Received the pizza, the food is already cold and I have to warm it up and is not cook. Keep calling the branch but no one answer the phone!! I deeply Giving them 0 star because not worth of the wait. And I will not going back there!! 😡😡😡

I experienced the most rudest treatment from a guy at your drive-thru. He proclaimed to be the owner. Unbelievable!

Tried calling 3 times, waited on hold for 10 minutes without ever even hearing a voice, wasn't allowed to go inside. Placed an online order which was ready for pickup, and instead, had to wait 10 minutes behind a car in their drive through that didn't have a ready order. 5 munute drive home, and the pizza was almost cold to the touch. Worst experience with Papa John's we've had. We will go a littler further do a different location in the future.

Location and Store appeal is nothing to write home about. However, the pizza taste and how it was prepared is what you’d expect from a great Papa Johns location. Will happily go out of my way to use this store again. Hopefully, my next experience is a repeat of today.

I ordered a pizza at 7 pm WITH MY CARD waited until about 845 to call and check on status. Literally was kept on HOLD UNTIL THEY CLOSED!!!!! AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PIZZA. Called the manager the following day and he literally said “suck my d* b*tvh” and hung up after I asked about a refund!!!!!!!

Very poor service,messes up my order then want you to call around so no one can answer the phone called for delivery but they put as carry out waiting and hour and a half before finding this out then they hang up on you I will never order Papa John's again

If you live around here don't order pizza. Carryout said 40mins, I gave them a hour, still wasn't ready til another hour later. They don't bring the order to the car as I selected online, and they must not deliver more than 5 mins away cause they say I'm out of range when I'm right around the corner. They don't answer their phone AT ALL! ZERO COMMUNICATION!! Avoid Papa Johns and Dominos in this area.
