I'm disappointed, the quality has gone down here. I don't know it's because they're short staffed or if the staff doesn't care anymore, but the wait times are insane to the point that several cars left the drive thru. When I finally got my food, the veggies on my burger were moldy. I couldn't even get someone to help me so I could get it replaced or refunded. The guy working the counter was on his phone, with his earphones plugged in, I guess listening to music. I used to love that place, but the food isn't good anymore, and the employees attitudes are even worse.

4 people working the drive through. Total circus. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to even take my order. When we went to use our coupon rewards via QR code, I held out my wife’s phone for them to scan it. The employee straight up took the phone, no words or warning. Then he went into a corner with it out of sight while he scanned it. It took an extra long time and was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I shouted “I’m gonna need that back!” And said “I don’t know why you took it. They usually scan it out the window.” The MANAGER behind him clapped back at me shouting “We don’t, it’s broken.” They then handed me the coldest sandwhich I’ve ever had. It was as if it had been in the refrigerator. The bun was almost ice cold and the meat was barely room temperature. If I ever go back here it will be for more solid evidence to report them with.

Drive thru is slow, and saying slow is being generous. Your order has a 50% of being right. But the food, well don't get your hopes up.. But the frys are good at least.

Manager was disrespectful. Forgot 3 burgers had to go back waited on fries and nuggets for 10 mins. Very slow ( high staffed). Got our burgers, burgers are freezing cold. No Napkins. All around bad would not recommend. Cashier was respectful and very understanding.

We came here at 935pm ONLY because the Wendy’s on Southport Rd had their “system down and couldn’t take orders”… even though a car literally ordered and paid for their food 30 seconds before us. We left, no big deal, stuff happens. We drove to this location. We pull up, and before even ordering, we were informed they didn’t have frosties, any drinks other than lemonade OR French fries. Wendy’s has really been going down the tube. Too bad, as I really enjoy the food. I hate to leave a bad review because the guy taking our order was nice, but Wendy’s in general needs to get it together. The experience is so hit and miss anymore it’s a coin toss on whether it’s even worth it to come.

Really hit or miss. Today it took 30 minutes for them to get through the 3 cars in front of me, and when I got my order, I was given regular nuggets instead of spicy, and there was no bacon on my son's bacon cheeseburger. I ordered through the app, so there's no way they could have misheard my order. Disappointing.

Worst experience ever! Bacon on my burger was black and in little crumbs. Burger was cold. Fries was cold. Drinks were warm. It was terrible. We called corporate.

Wish there was a 0 star option. This Wendy’s is terrible, it is nearly impossible to actually get flipping food here . Went through drive through and was told they didn’t have enough staff to serve customers that we would have to download there app and order food through there then proceed to go back through the drive-thru .Went through the process of all that nonsense then went back through the drive-thru to be told they were out of frosty’s …….We only ordered frosty’s. Wendy’s please close this location and allow another restaurant possibly relocate . Shameful Wendy’s , I will probably never frequent another .
