Pizza Hut

I don’t really do this but I haven’t had the best of days. I order food before todays games and walking into this Pizza Hut employee Kaylee I believe had the biggest smile in the world and she was so nice. Great customer service . It made my day. I’ll definitely be back. Great pizza & wings. It only takes a smile to change the mood of someone.

Due to a computer glitch my payment pulled without the order going through. I had no proof just our word. We have 3 boys who were waiting on dinner. I was I'll and unable to leave the house and my husband couldn't leave my side. Plus due to a recent car wreck our truck is in the shop. Our local pizza hut manager called the GM. They were very kind and honored our order. The GM Katie delivered it herself since Door dash also had an issue. That's customer service. That's leadership. This is why we will continue to support Pizza hut and this store for all of our events. My husband is a football coach and I have many office events. This is our store ❤️ # Greenwood,IN on Meridian

There was a hiccup with my order being delivered. With a shortage of drivers, they dispatched it out to Doordash. Well, Doordash messed up and the original driver took it and never delivered to our house. I went to visit the store. While the situation sucked, they did everything they could to remake my order for me right then although they were extremely busy. Great service. This is how you turn a bad situation into a good situation. Wasn’t ideal, but they really went out of their way to get me taken care of.

My rating is not comparing to authentic mom and pop pizzerias like this in Chicago but compared to fast food pizza Domino's, Jets, Blaze etc. With that being said this location is awesome ! This was the best fast food pizza I've had in a couple of years and my very first at this location. The order was ready on time exactly as ordered and the cashier was professional 👌. This would be a five star rating except they didn't have anymore Original Pan and I had to substitute for hand tossed crust. Keep up the good work you've earned a hard to please customer.

This was the first time in a long time that the pizza was delicious. We purchased from this location for over a year and it appeared to have difficulty with quality and employee longevity however I was greeted happily when I walked in and the order was correct and on time. It was how I remembered Pizza Hut taste and quality from months ago. I hope this location is on the recovery.

The last couple of times I have ordered, the quality was amazing! This past order, however, fell below my expectation (04/26/2021). I requested extra pizza sauce on the pizzas, but there was only a minimal amount. I also did not receive a pizza sauce I paid extra for (my family really loves pizza sauce).

This location is my personal favorite, I won't go anywhere else. I always order carryout and the whole team is always going above and beyond to show professionalism and be courteous. They have always been kind to me and my order has always been done within the ordered time frame. I appreciate how they take time to actually make your pizzas and other food the right way... the way Pizza Huts pizza should taste. Seemed like for a while Pizza Hut was just bad and not what it used to be but this location always gets that right and I love it. I seriously have no complaints this team, location, and taste never let me down and this is coming from a stressed out overweight big mama lol.
