The manager and staff all were rude!! They put my mash potatoes in a cup and they were old. Told the cashier I didn't want it and she still tried to make me take the food. After 3 times the manager came with an attitude and said that's all they had. I told her well I'd rather have my money, just got upset and forced my receipt and card in my hand!! This isn't the first time I've been given horrible food from here...AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! Horrible food, rude staff, not worth the hassle

Love this golden chick!!! We have been going to different locations but after our experience here we will drive out of the way for the exceptional customer service. There was a small mistake with our pick up order and when we let them know the staff and management went out of their way to make it up to us and ensure that we left with big smiles on our faces. Thanks so much golden chick in Irving!!! 🖤

I bought the golden chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and my side was french fries. The sandwich was hot and fresh, juicy with good flavor. The French fries had good flavor and Pepsi Zero cold and refreshing. 5 out of 5 stars meal.

More breading than chicken. If I wanted to eat bread crumbs I would have just got a container full from the grocery store and lick my fingers and dip them in for breading. Besides that. It’s really not that good. I’ve been to Popeyes, Chic-fil-a and Bojangles. Golden chick is bland compared to the golden chicken of the places I’ve mentioned that are way better with way better chicken. The best thing was the coleslaw. And that was mediocre at best.

We were asked to wait at one of the parking slot after ordering at drive thru. We had to wait 20+ minutes there and my kids were really hungry ( thought will get food fast through drive thru) . When food arrived the same was conveyed to the employee. She replied to me that don’t visit next time if you don’t like it

OMG !!! YummY TummY ... I had a Sandwich ... That Bun sent me to Heaven !!! WoW!! First time trying & I'll be back ! Your team was fantastic ! Friendliest & Respectful Team Player at the Drive Through Window ! I was impressed he warned me my sandwich was going to be hot as the chicken was just cooked ! BaM! Rocked the Service !!! Delicious! My favorite thing about golden chick is the rolls. However this location does a terrible job at cooking their rolls and ensuring quality freshness with their meals. Especially around 7pm. Our food literally tasted stale and our rolls were hard as a brick and nearly inedible.

Went on my lunch break at 11am assuming the food would be fresh. Wasn't. Also they made me get down to get my mobile order it was very odd I go in and then they were confused as to who I was 🤯
