It’s hard to safely go anywhere during the pandemic, especially as a senior citizen. I entered this store 1/22 at about 1:30 p.m. The cashier was safely masked. The manager was completely unmasked and moving all around the store. 2 customers talking with the manager...unmasked. Another customer entered...unmasked. Complete disregard for customer safety.

I really wish I could remember the young man's name who was working when I came in. He went out of his way to help me and had a genuine conversation with me as I checked out. His simple acts of kindness nearly made me cry. Thank you whoever you are

Can't believe 7-Eleven hasn't shut this location down yet. Terrible in every aspect. Zero customer service. Expired food/drinks still on the shelf. Food and coffee is never fresh. Coffee/Slurpee machines are always broken. Absolutely terrible. By the way, drag a mop accross the floor every once in a while.

I bought 2 items here and was charged an extra dollar for each item over the posted price. I told her it was wrong and her reply was you dont want it? Asked her to check the price on the floor and she would not. Asked her if she cared at all and she said no. Lol only the third bad review i have ever posted, but seriously?! I should have known, she said nothing to me when i walked in to greet me and gave me a horrible look.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The clerk was a gentleman named Bir. Made the guy in front of me wait so he could answer the phone. Then realizing it was a personal call he remained on the phone. When I finally got to him he still didn't bother getting off the phone and i had to ask him to get me cigarettes 3 different times because he was to busy talking on the phone to hear me. Once he finally heard me, he acted annoyed by me for interupting his phone call. Super unprofessional

Worst 7/11 ever. They don't carry half the items as others. They never mark cook times on their hot food so you always get dry old food. When asked why they don't carry certain items that literally every other store I go to has they get very rude and say that 7/11 won't let them carry it which is the most bogus excuse and a blatant lie. Wish corporate would fix these issues.
