Whole Foods Market

I’m always happy to shop here at this location. The prices on some items are high however, if you want this type of quality, it will cost more in today’s economy. That’s just the sad fact. More people should switch to and demand NonGMO and organic and the prices could easily lessen. Back to the store, it’s always clean and as stocked as possible. I’ve had great interactions with the employees. They are friendly and personable. 10/10

SO glad there is a Whole Foods in Jackson. I hope it continues to succeed. Went there on a Friday am. Had a line waiting for them to open at 8 which seems a little late for opening a grocery but then went for coffee and asked management if there was none and she politely said they were working on it. No excuses and very kind. It dawned on me later that the City is under boil water alert! No fault of theirs. Solid.

I asked a staff if there is more of a vegetable i was looking at , as I saw there was only one left. He smiled and kindly said he will check in the back and told me he will be back. I waited 15 minutes near the back and he didn't come back. I saw him munching food in the back through the window taking his time. When he came out, he ignored me and walked away as if nothing happened. I walked to catch up to him and asked him again if he checked the item I was looking for. He rudely replied to me that there was none in the back and walked away quickly as if he was annoyed to answer me and as if he forgot what he went in there for. I guess I should have just left instead of waiting for him to come out from the back. It was an awful customer service.

I'm from California and out there we have Trader Joe's, which is the sister to Whole Foods. All of my fruit comes from here. Even with this pandemic Whole Foods has maintained the freshest and sweetest fruit. I refuse to get my fruit from any place else! They have mini eating places inside. Fresh handmade pizza and subs, a bakery, and not to mention there fresh meat! Try them out! They won't disappoint

Would be 5 Stars for the customer service from Devin alone >> But otherwise this is unfortunately not an exemplary Whole Foods. Could only find one tiny bathroom for all customers to use, all others seemingly out of order. Very confusing pricing at the deli / prepared food counter. Just a general let-down from my experiences at other stores.

I always love coming here. The atmosphere is just amazing. The quality of service I have received is far better than excellent. No matter what question I have or suggestions they genuinely listen like they're interested and try to help. It's always clean and well stocked even their liquor store next door. I can write a book on how much I love Whole Foods!!!
