Ruby Tuesday

Ribs were decent, a little more fall off the bone than I prefer, but still good. The shrimp looked nothing like menu picture, they really didn't even have a flavor to them. Didn't feel the meal was up to par for the price. Bartender was very nice & provided good service. I'd give them another try if back in the area, before just totally crossing them off my list. Anyplace can have an off day/ night.

I feel Ruby Tuesday Restaurant doesn't get the recognition it deserves, I've always been a fan of the concept and the food menu choices, and let's not forget about the greatest salad bar ever! If you haven't taken the time to hit up a Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, you should give them a try. The pictures I included are of my Free and awesome Birthday Cheeseburger with a nice big fresh baked potato with butter and sour cream, it was amazing!! No complaints here! UPDATE 3/01/22: Once again, a truly GREAT experience food wise with quality and great tasting food along with the best customer service ever!! Everyone including the Manager was extremely great, helpful, and friendly. I ordered online and I made a mistake on my order and the manager DID NOT have to honor my order as it was, but without hesitation and absolutely zero argument, the manager made good on my order and was super fantastic and extremely professional. I absolutely highly recommend Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, this is a great place in my opinion. I took a look at the fresh salad bar while I was there by the way, and I wanted to stay!! Looked amazing! Like I've said before, I feel Ruby Tuesday Restaurant and it's staff definitely don't get the recognition that they truly deserve. Thank you all who assisted me with my take out order today, it was much appreciated.

Went in for dinner. Was greeted and seated politely and quickly. They weren't very busy and neither did I see many servers. In short order my server came over and took my drink order. Just water not too long after he returned with my water and took my order. I got the new chicken sandwich and have to say I'm happy I ordered it it was delicious. Onion rings were also done very well. Only two things caused me to drop it down a star. One while I don't know how many tables he had but my server was a little slow on the drink refills. I had pretty much finished my 75% of my dinner before he came over and asked if I needed anything. Also I don't know what was up with the men's room but it smelled really weird. I don't know what it was not entirely unpleasant but certainly nothing that enhanced the atmosphere.

Went there with my mother had a bless time. The food was real good fresh and hot. Had a coke to drink it was great not flat at all. I will be going back. My mother got the bacon chicken and I got the Philly steak sandwich sorry no picture my phone was dead but it was presented real good. Went to the one in Pearl, MS

This restaurant gave us the best fine dinning experience possible. Our waiter Casey saved my life while I was choking on a crutton and the salad bar was so well maintained and clean that for the whole night I just ate salad. Our favorite part was the salad bar man, he had the best jokes.would recommend anyone who loves good food and good people to come here.

Sunday's choice by a close friend was Ruby Tuesday. To correct other reviews this is a casual dining business; NOT fine dining. The parking lot would have been rated pristine had it not been for a tossed out spaghetti to go plate laying at sidewalk near entrance. Entrance in small lobby was clear and clean of any debris. There were no visible line but we were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes before we could be seated. No noticeable seating distancing. No mask. While waiting there was a slight ammonia like smell or mildew smell in entrance way. We were seated within time frame given, and our server was very personable.But wondered what the policy dress code was for employees; she had a lot out up top on display, cleavage is putting it respectfully( too much out) club or restaurant ? Seating area was clean and tables not sticky. The restrooms were clear of any paper on floors but had a slight mildew order, flooring tiles are old and may need to be deep buffed out with a disinfectant. We ordered the seafood dinner. Didn't wait too long at all for a Sunday. After 2 bites I realized my shrimp were raw / very under cooked. And asked my best friend to check hers, and they were after cutting them all open to examine them. Our server did apologize and was so nice to reorder just sides of shrimp. She brought them to us and they were grilled thoroughly but now covered heavily with Cajun seasoning of some kind which made them too salty to eat. So much for passive aggressive cooks who can't understand we weren't at a Sushi bar and wanted our food cooked not SALTED. So that was a waste. I'll not recommend anyone visiting Jackson to stop at this location. Maybe on closer to Clinton or Madison if there is one in those areas. The best part of the visit was the server, she was kind and empathetic.
