Chili's Grill & Bar

Was out late, so I decided to stop by for my go to meal, The Trio Platter. Upon arrival, I learned they were only accepting orders via website due to staffing shortages. No problem. As I place my order, I’m disheartened to know that there aren’t any southwestern egg rolls on the menu. “Help me Lord.” However, after a brief chat with the server, she assures me that they can substitute. “Won’t God do it?” After a fifteen minute wait, my order comes out WITH the egg rolls I requested with my original order. Job well done. In closing, this experience left both my soul and stomach highly satisfied.

I swore this location off years ago and would travel to the Madison location. I recently came here and was really impressed. We were seated immediately (big change), the staff was friendly (drastic change), and the waiter took care of us, by checking on us frequently (I almost fell over dead with this action). I sure hope this wasn’t a fluke - it didn’t feel like it. I am giving 3 stars for now and will try this place again soon to update.

It wasn't too crowed so that was a plus but they sat everyone in the same area, I didn't understand that. I ordered a bottled beer, it wasn't cold and my son ordered the brisket burger with no slaw but they just cudnt seem to get it right, brought him the wrong order first and the 2nd time they came with the right burger but we asked for no slaw. By the time they got it right, son had almost lost his appetite.

4/6/22. Wife and I sat down for lunch as soon as they opened. Upon walking in the floor is disgusting, hasn’t been swept or mopped, sat down at a table for 2 minutes and left bc the restaurant smelled like a garbage can. It’s Jackson, MS. I don’t know why I expected any different. Drove to the one in Madison, it’s of course spotless
