Pizza Hut

I live out on the 1800 block of E Chester. I have an online account and order carryout using the $7.99 coupon that comes in the mail. I agree wth some of the bad reviews that say, delivery times are long, but PH does tell you online about how long delivery will take, so I just order carry out. I've ordered carry out about 7 or 8 times in the last 5 months and every time I arrive, my food is ready to go. I order the bone in garlic & parm wings and a medium pizza and I've always been happy with it. I like this particular pizza hut a lot from the others in U.S. I have eaten at. I think they do a great job with the wings.

So apparently thrown in the box and sloppy is how people like their pizza. I've never had a problem or issue with this location and wouldn't go anywhere else before, but after what I received tonight and the quality of my pizza, I would recommend elsewhere. I can't even pick a piece up without it falling into pieces.

I placed an order online and never received it or a phone call letting me know that they cancelled it because they didn't have a driver. I check my online account and my phone number is the correct number. They supposedly called my old number some how and left that person a message. So now this is after 10 pm and nothing else delivers after 10. Thanks for the very poor customer service. Won't be getting my business after this. And I'm out $45.18!!! 2 days later I contact the restaurant again and get told I can't talk to the manager because they are busy. So I called the corporate office. Now it's going to be another 3 days before I know if I'm going to get my money back or not. What a joke!!! Now I see why pizza hut is going down hill.

I bought a edge pizza and wings. The toppings didn't come to the edge of the pizza. The pizza was supposed to have pepperoni and mushrooms. They put some kind of seasoning on top of the pizza and it made the pizza horrible. Also they didn't put enough sauce on the pizza. When I called back they wouldn't give me credit unless I brought the pizza back. Don't buy a pizza from Pizza Hut on Chester Street Jackson, TN. Worst pizza I have ever had.

The pizza was hot and fresh! We also had the wings and fries. Loved that they offered different seasonings (plain &lemon pepper & regular) for the fries. We also had the cinnamon sticks as well as the cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls. It was all delicious and well worth the drive to south Jackson as neither location delivered to my home. We will use this location again.

The website says they offer curbside pick up and contactless pick up, but then goes on with a disclaimer that they won’t always be able to offer those services... well make up your mind, Pizza Hut. Either you do or you don’t. This location will not offer you contactless pick up. I called when I arrived to ask & they acted like they had never heard of such a thing, even though most restaurants have been offering this for the last 6 months, and told me I had to come inside to get my order. As other reviewers stated, most employees either had their mask on their chin or no mask at all. I’m sure this won’t bother many people wanting to order here because nobody in Jackson seems to believe covid is real anyway. Gave 2 stars because our order was correct this time and food was good, but we won’t be back.
