Zaxby's

Food good. Host friendly. Every time we go in this restaurant, we have to try and find a clean table. Have to settle for the cleanest table out of all the dirty tables. Complaining don't work. They send young man out and he wipes at a couple tables and retreats to back. If they'll provide cleaning equipment, I'll do it myself. Every time dirty.

As an employee at this location I can tell you that the community and work environment are amazing, we have our rough days but we all try our best to make sure that our guests are happy and fed on time and enjoy their visit. Even tho I eat this everytime I work I still love the food and my fellow employees. Absolutely recommend, everyone who works here from the cooks to the owners help out and put blood sweat and tears into this place and you can even taste the love in the food

That reply is as disconnected with the customer experience as were the zombie like, walking dead, zero welcome feeling from the employee's we encountered. My Husband and I were in there for dinner tonight it was awful table's were not clean trash all over the floor coke machine was broken water running everywhere. when I got ready to leave I went up front to get a refill on my drink. one employee wouldn't wait on me and kept walking right pass me as if didn't see me standing there. and it wasn't at all busy!!

2/3/22 , they were busy but definitely very quick , didn’t have to wait long and they had a good bit of cars lined up so they were very fast with ordering , the young lady at the speaker took my order and was very nice , had great customer service. 10/10 recommend her . then i got to the window and there was another young lady and she was absolutely great . i have never had this kind of customer service . she was on top of everything and she was there for all my needs . 10/10 definitely recommend her and her name is emilee . this zaxbys has great staff and i definitely will be back again :)
