Starr is amazing!!!! She had amazing customer service, she’s extremely sweet and professional. Thank you Starr for making this one of the best Dairy Queen’s around. I’ve cream was perfect as well.

I just went to DQ in Jackson. I ordered a large chocolate Sundae. Somehow the lady got a hot fudge sundaes. They are two different sundaes. I’m curious about the sizes of the sundae. Why do large sundaes seem smaller? I know I ordered a large chocolate sundae and not a hot fudge sundae.

It was about 6:30 I think. We stopped at a the DQ in Jackson , Ky and had the worst bacon cheeseburgers and onion rings ever. The cokes and sundaes were ok, but we both threw the burgers and onion rings away. The looks turned both our stomachs. I told him the Pattie’s looked like they found road kill and made burgers . The meat was really dark and yucky looking
The bill came to 14.13. We had to wait for them to get change from somewhere.

If I could give them a zero I would. Literally watched the cashier at the window pull her mask down and lick dripping ice cream off someone's cone and then hand it out the window. They don't follow recipes for the blizzards and never turn them upside down.

Was the worst experience I've had in a long time. After waiting 10 minutes for them (2) to operate one register and attempt to take the order of the 1 person ahead of me, finally ordered, 2 burgers, one with fries and one with onion rings, after 20 minutes of waiting, while my onion rings sat on the shelf for 10 of those minutes, I requested my money back. And I was treated like I was wrong for asking. Will tell everyone about Jackson, KY's DQ.

I'll never go back to Jackson dairy queen they where rude and didn't let you finish your order and while you was order they never asked if there anything else then just have you pull up to the window and give you a told and I stated I wasn't done order and they never said I'm sorry I have other orders behind you. Jackson ky location is a joke.... I'll take my business somewhere else they ant rude and nice and listen to you...

This was an amazing Dairy Queen. We rolled in about lunch time with 17 motorcyclists with no warning. I have never seen a dairy queen get food out so fast. The orders were perfect and the food was good.
I think this location is the gold standard for how a restaurant should operate. Great job.
