Veterans United Craft Brewery

Nicely hidden away location, but easy to get to. Decorated with cool military pictures of ships, helicopters, and jets. It has a clean open area taproom. I never heard of this brewery before this past Monday. They have a lot of different beers and I've probably tasted half of them so far. All are solid and several are right in my wheelhouse. Love the Hop Banchee, amber, paratrooper porter, A5, CCJ stout. I hope that my local distributor in S. Carolina can get this beer. Wish they had room temp beers to go to take back home.

This is a nice surprise. Very welcoming. I am frequently visiting Mayport Naval Station on assignment and make sure I visit this place after off time. There are absolute knockout tap selections. My dilemma is trying to be in the area before the seasonal selections tap out. Key Lime Pilsner is the one I'm either too early or too late. But one of these days!

Shelby was awesome, although she needs to let people know she's an Army vet. 😉 My husband and I are Seabee vets and have wanted to visit this establishment for over a year now, and we finally made it. Well worth the drive. The beer was great, and so was the cider. Even got to meet a fellow EO. Great place, highly recommended if you like craft beer and Veterans!
