The staff here is absolutely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. If you're just grabbing a quick bite to eat. Or having a family meal with friends or family. Best KFC in Jacksonville

Food was hot! The spicy grilled wings were awesome and all my food came out hot. The cashiers that helped were very sweet ladies! Will be back again

If you haven't had the spicy chicken sandwich or the original, you're missing out. It's king among the chicken sandwich wars, biggest juiciest one you'll find in fast food.

My most favorite food. The Colonel does it best. The decor looks even better on the inside after the renovation. The drive through service is always friendly and fast!

Food was good, typical for KFC, and very hot and fresh. Took a while to get the food because of the drive-thru being busy with the lobby only had two people in it. Pot pies are always good. Nuggets were good also.

Outstanding service and great menu selection. Welcome atmosphere. ( UPDATE ) Went to KFC yesterday it was a bit of a wait on my order no complaints I understand, BEAUTIFUL general manager gave me an extra drum stick and bit more on claw slaw woohoo Thank you beautiful , that extra drum stick hit the spot.👍👍

Son and I stopped in to grab an emergency dinner. It was almost 8 in the evening, and it was busy in drive thru. Over all good service we waited maybe 10 minutes and left happy.
All the food ordered was properly prepared and was hot!!
Highly recommend for emergency dinners.
