Fujiyama, Japanese Steak House

Typically I would not leave a negative review but I believe that when a location makes a mistake they either apologize or right the wrong. I placed an order this evening via phone and once I hung up I knew it was wrong. I called back and corrected the order got things sorted out but was quoted a very high price. When I showed up to pick my order up and took it to my car I realized it was wrong. I returned to the restaurant and explained the issue and was told I could pay for the food I wanted instead of them offering it to me complimentary. I explained that I couldn’t give this back based on health regulations and how I would have to wait for my food to be made so I would like it due to inconvenience. The female who took my order explained she made a mistake and was very kind. The owner or individual who she spoke with was completely opposite. I was told I could give the food back and wait for food or I could pay for food I had originally Ordered on top of what I already paid for a wrong order. I explained how I felt a wrong needed to be righted since multiple times it was wrong and was told no. I said forget it I’ll take the original order and refund for the difference and was told no. I walked out and will not return. The amount of contradictions made, the rude behavior, and mistakes were unacceptable. Once can be looked beyond but the way I was treated is unacceptable for a situation that was in no way my fault.

Food was delicious but was worried about eating it because it was extremely dirty. I asked the waitress to wipe out table again after we sat down but it did not help, still dirty. When we were leaving someone else was asking for theirs to be cleaned again. The restrooms were gross. The hibachi grills were clean thankfully. Only giving 2 stars for the food. I don't plan to eat there again. :(

Disappointing the food was very disappointing the service was alright. My steak was way overcooked it was supposed to be a fillet and the first one was just very overcooked the next steak that came out wasn’t cooked as bad but it was definitely not a fillet and when I pointed this out I was told that she would let the chef know and that was the end of that nothing took off my bill take it or leave pretty much.

Food was excellent but the owner was very unhelpful. I ordered chicken and shrimp but received steak and shrimp. I was asked if they could just bring me a side of chicken which I said would be fine. They then charged me for the chicken because I ate the steak that was on my plate. If they wanted the steak back I would have given it to them but not at the end of the meal after it was too late. The owner would not take it off even though it was her fault. The wonderful waitress covered it herself but it should never have been an issue.
