Aurelio's Pizza

We were craving Chicago pizza on a recent trip, so we stopped for lunch buffet. The food was good. The buffet only had 3 pizzas, the salad bar was mostly empty, the other sides were picked over, and the bread sticks were rock hard. They did bring out more bread. They only had one server, while she did well, there was more to do than she could handle.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kids. They didn't like it, too "scratch kitchen" for them I guess. My husband and I enjoyed the stuffed pizza with pepperoni, sausage, red pepper and jalapeño. The wings seemed like flavored frozen wings. We didn't hate them/didn't love them. The restaurant was clean with good atmosphere. The young gal ar the take out counter was very friendly and nice. It kicked the craving for stuffed saucy pizza!!

I had a vegetarian pizza and it was underwhelming at best. It was all smashed together and incredibly gross tasting. I also spent 8 dollars on low quality garlic bread. It's as if they were running low on any butter or garlic and shaved a small amount on. Maybe the other options are good, but what I got was not.

Manager has they worse customer service. Order 2 pizzas Phone order Cashier: what’s your card number, give her the card number. Cashier the it won’t take your card it say it’s to many numbers, give cashier the card number 3 times same error message, per cashier. Cashier let me start over. Now it takes my card but now there claiming on their end they no longer see my order. Look on my bank account money is out of my account. Manager gets on the phone I’m sorry I don’t have a order with that card number explain to manager it sounds like your system is not working properly as the money is out of my account. Manager continues to say well we don’t have an order with that card number. Now I’m on the phone with my bank canceling my order. Not to mention it was for delivery but was going to come up there and show her it was taken out my account Cemenos pizza for now on, better pizza anyway
