Tgi Fridays

I used to enjoy coming to this Friday's. Right now I am definitely frustrated, when we received our plates for our appetizers all four were all dirty. Now when we received our appetizers, we got the wrong appetizer. Now onto our orders they were not 100% correct so we had to keep correcting our order after it was placed in front of us. Moving on to the utensils we never had any at our table. So once we asked someone else, who was so helpful by the way, our utensils were dirty, we had to get about two more and then we just ended up cleaning them ourselves. So we just ended up packing up early to go home. This experience was not an ideal one. I will not be back.

One manager and two waitresses running around like hell trying to cover 20 to 30 tables. We had to ask for appetizer plates when they were served, had to ask for the glaze that was supposed to go on my wife and my mom's whiskey glazed steaks, and had to ask for water (they brought 2 for 3 people). The food was good, manager and the waitress were pleasant enough, but too busy to get things that standard right - don't know if they are short-handed on employees or understaffed but it could have been a better experience.

We went in and were seated right away. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Our server was Joe, he had a great sense of humor. He made us laugh and in doing so helped me briefly forget about my crippling depression. On the way out, I was almost struck by a vehicle in the parking lot, and Joe jumped out, and sacrificed himself to save me. Overall good service
