Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Not bad. Stopped in about an hour and a half before closing today. Burger was ok, but only two stars because the top bun was burnt and also somehow cut in half ? Looks like it was cut lobe sided horizontally leaving a thinner part of the top half. Then I guess the over toasting made it brittle and it broke if I had to guess. Either way, pretty much every bite I took had a burnt toast taste. Not great. Really not what I’m trying to pay $12 dollars for. They should have tossed that bun and started again, not served it. Quality control is what should set you guys apart from Mcburgers. Other than that everything else was ok.

We went to dinner this evening at the joliet store. The lady at the register was very pleasant. That unfortunately is the only good part of the experience. The cook called my name and handed me two trays with 2 single burgers on each tray. When i asked where my fries were she acted surprised and apologized and turned to cook the fries which were clearly on the receipt which she had not read apparently. So we ate our burgers with ice bold buns and really luke warm burger even the grilled onions seemed warm at best. Nothing about this meal was really very good. Was really overpriced for sure. 30 dollars for 2 burgers at a self serve restaurant? So then the cook says my name again and hands me a tray with fries on it. There were a lot of fries but 12.00 worth? I didnt think so and I made my thoughts known and she looked at me as if i were speaking chinese or some foreign language. WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!! This place is terrible.
