Subway

Never in all my life have I paid for a wrap which I have then had to re-wrap myself. I'm sure this wrap will be as delicious as subway usually is, but I don't think I'll be returning. I suggest a re-training on the way to wrap a wrap and also how to ask for help with things you don't know how to do...

I just entered the Kingston Subway and was eyeing the menu. The gal working the restaurant was outside and scurried in the door and back into the back room. I wasn't too concerned, I was the still surveying the menu and honestly it's been a very long time since I have been to a Subway (because of COVID). All of a sudden she appears from the back room and yelled at me that I can't expect service unless I stand directly under the sign that says Order here. She even hammered her finger at the sign and glared at me as if I broke a cardinal rule. There was no one else in the Subway, I was so shocked by the extreme rudeness that I simply said I don't think I'll stay after that welcome. She said, "Suit yourself". I left. What happened to customer service over the pandemic? With that, I went home and had lunch, never to return again.
