Sakura Teriyaki

The chicken THIGHS that made up my spicy chicken were dry and chewy. It was almost as if they were leftovers from the day or two before. Too salty by far. Burnt sauce. Small enough portion to eat all of, despite charging $18 for the meal (with no salad) and a soda. I won't go back and am certain that they only stay in business because of the lack of competition.

I would rate less but I can’t. Food is poor quality and expensive. The older woman that took our order was short tempered and just has bad customer service skills hopefully she treats her employees decently I have noticed they are always looking to hire. The positives clean bathroom and when looking in the kitchen the two younger men seem to be working hard. But that reflects them and shows nothing of the management other than they can bark orders I will return to see if it if different or improves any in the future but disappointed with experiences thus far.

This used to be our favorite place in kingston for take out. They were very expensive but well worth the money because the mongolian beef was to die for! We moved out of Kingston and hadn't ordered from here in cpl of years. I had an unignorable craving so i stopped and ordered 3 to go...as soon as i started the drive home i knew something was not right. Smelled awful - it stank!! When i got home and told my boyfriend what i brought - he was ultra excited too. But it was awful. All 3 orders went to the trash can. Over 55 bucks plus a 10 dollar tip. So disappointed. The rude old lady had bad customer service but she had great food...i assume she is not there anymore. Maybe it is a totally different family owning it now? But whatever the reason for this change, STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! It is poor service and disgusting food and too expensive!👎

Does anyone like the taste of Day old chicken? I sure don't , but that's what it tasted like. And when dining in the restaurant the food should be hot to even warm to the touch, but once again not here... I would look elsewhere b4 eating here..Even more so was the rude way I was greeted. We all have our bad days but leave it elsewhere not in front of the public. Plz..

As a pregnant woman, when a craving hits it must be fulfilled. Today my craving was for Mongolian beef, unfortunately Joy Luck is closed on Mondays. So, I ventured over here. I could not believe how expensive it was! $15.75 for 1 order! No options for salad or veggies instead of rice. The food was ok. To top it off the service was horrible. I will never go here again. Joy Luck has better prices and better food.
