Taco Bell

Had an issue with my order called and spoke with the manager told me to come back in, and when I did they did happen to replace my order but they were very unprofessional and I didn't get everything I that I had originally ordered to begin with. I went to ask them where was the rest of my order or could I add to it and no one came back to the drive-through window after waiting approximately 45 seconds, So I called corporate and filed a complaint and someone was supposed to be getting back hold of me It's now been at least a week if not a little longer and I've not heard from anyone yet,

I started going to this taco bell 6 years ago. I have had many breaks in that 6 years because they could never get my order right. I waited 3 months. Went here tonight. To start the experience, the young lady on the speaker was very pleasant. That isnt something I am used to at this taco bell. So very thankful for her! Reaching the window, the young man was just as pleasant. I didn't have to wait at the window for 10 minutes for my food like normal. Is was handed out in less than a minute! Way to go crew! Finally a good experience for myself! This is what will make me come back. Hopefully it as good as of an experience as tonight.
