Quantum - Modern Indian Bistro, Alipore

My thought towards veg cuisine has completely changed after having some items from The Quantum station . The have vast menus under suitable prices .. From here I tried Chinese bhel Smoked Makhani Pasta Bhuna onion makhani pulao Bharwanaa Dum aloo in exotic gravy Veg jhalfrezi All the items were amazing in teast. It was carring great portion size .all the flavours and texture was truly drooling. Their packaging services is also recommendable . They have taken all the safety procedure . It was amazing experience in veg cuisines with them ..!!

Extremely nice staff.They had all types of ambiance-quiet as well as music lounge.The staff made sure everything was according to our taste .They changed the dishes and drinks we didnt like.Music and lighting was apt.I had visited here with my family.The rate is a bit on the expensive side.They had small parking as well.We liked the bhatti ka murg a lot.The roti and garlic naan was made to perfection.Table booking is recommended.Overall good experience.

The food is really good and service is amazing but I give it a 4 star because the music is very loud even on the low crowd days and it's not a good place for holding a convo. We requested them to turn down the music by a bit but they refused to. I mean it's a lounge so loud music is a feature but I wish they would regulate it according to the crowd at the time.

If I don't give them a five star then that would be injustice to them. Oh, what an amazing place. Where do I even start from? Amazing ambience. Food is reasonable and really good. The manager, Atanu Da is really warm and welcoming and the entire staff is really nice and very prompt with their service. Overall, loved the place. Been there twice and spent my new year there and we really had a good time. Thank you, Quantum Lounge. Very impressed. And and, it doesn't get that exposure. So please, guys, do give them a visit, you really won't regret it.
