Replenish Kitchen

Replenish is a life saver for me! I order the smaller size meals and this is perfect for lunch time which means I’m on track throughout the day. The food is delicious with the right balance of macros. The menu is revised regularly so you don’t get bored of the same meals and there is more than enough choice each time! A firm favourite of mine is the West Indies vegan curry even though I’m a true meat eater! Customer service is always exceptional. I’ve recommended plenty of people and all have loved what they have had!

These guys are superb at what they do, they offer advice, have a fantastic delivery service and the most delicious tasting meal preps you can possibly imagine! It’s easy, all your micronutrients are on the pack so you can keep in check exactly how many calories you are eating. As they’re already cooked all you need to do is heat up the food and in 3 mins it’s ready so absolutely no need to go off plan because you can’t wait for your next meal! This way of eating really works for me. I'm a big lad and a terrible snacker on bad things. The portion control is a real winner with this way of eating - just eat what's in the container - don't pile your plate high just because there's some left in the pan! The other thing that is great is the ease of the whole thing - my meals are ready in 3 minutes in the microwave (and no washing up!) I forgot to mention the quality and the flavours- both very very good! I can't fault Replenish Kitchen - it's a 10 from Len!(my Grandfather's name - couldn't resist it!)

Just had the Replenish Takeaway. What a taste explosion that was! We had the Thai Red Chicken Burrito, and it's fair to say it's the best burrito I've ever had. The food arrived promptly, was piping hot, and was packed with flavour. If you've not tried it yet, get it, you won't regret it!! Nice job Replenish Takeaway :-)

Been eating the RK way for a couple of months now and I have to say it's fab. The team are amazing and have gone above and beyond to deliver my meals (even when I kept forgetting to order on time). I like the different specials that we get each week and am excited to try next weeks new menu. 😀😀 The food is tasty and even though I'm on the lose programme I am still full after each meal and it's helping me to eat regularly which has been my problem previously. I really enjoy the coconut granola breakfast option, it's light enough to have before my early morning gym sessions ❤️🖤❤️🖤💪🏻❤️🖤❤️
