Server never came back today after we were eating 1/2 way, to ask if we were OK or needed anything. 🙄 Also the entrance to the restroom had a step up and an elevation on the floor to the tiny restroom 🚻. I almost fell and I think customers needed know that before they order and it needs to be lit or made more visible. Great food and wonderful family service ❤️

I am just going to agree with everything everyone has said about this place. The food was amazing, service great and atmosphere warm and friendly (nice art work too). Absolutely no complaints and will recommend to friends/family and return for more wonderful food. Thanks to Flora and her husband!!

Amazing place! I had plátano taco, it was like an explosion of amazing flavors and full of life. My wife had the lomo saltado and loved it!! After we had sweet dream for desert. It was a new and fantastic experience. I’m so happy we came here to eat. Workers, the environment, the feeling is amazing! I will come again!

First and definitely not the last time I dine at this location. Very friendly waiter. Comfortable setting. Food was great! Ordered bacalaitos for an appetizer and ordered a tripleta sandwich as my main meal and it was absolutely delicious! The best I've ever had. All the food I tried was very flavorful and none of the food was greasy which depending on where you go and how its made the food I order can usually be very greasy but not the case here. Everything was made well and even the presentation was really on point.

Great Great experience! The ambiance was beautiful as was the art work. The decor was brilliant. The use of bongos as the table base was so Very creative! Very personal service...our server was very knowledgeable and super attentive. Very inviting. We were able to chat with the owners and felt like our family was extended 😁❤ Food was FANTASTIC!! I took my mom & niece and they enjoyed The experience immensely. The restaurant is nestled into a beautiful quiet block in Lancaster with parking just around the corner. Go...you won't be disappointed at ALL! We will return Flora's! 💜

Talk about authentic. The food here was finger licking good. Seriously wonderful. All the flavors not to salty. We drank their yummy infused water with platanos and steak. For the first time in forever we did not take a doggy bag home and not that it wasn't plenty of food we just couldn't put our forks down. Service was friendly and informative. Atmosphere was artistic and trendy. Oh and extra love if you sit in the back you could charge our phones while u eat. Bring your own wire of course. Oh they aren't open place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday unless u book a party.
