I loved the food but I was very confused about what I needed to grab and what I was supposed to wait for. But the staff is really friendly and they try to interact with the customers. It shows they care

Nice experience overall. We went here once a while ago and enjoyed it, and went back again this time and it was decent. Good customer service, food was quick and good, and reasonably priced.
The only reason why it's not 5 star is because we ordered the cheese and brisket sub, but it didn't really have any cheese on it. It was still good, but not as good as advertised.

I had their Italian Hot Sandwich with Red Doritos as a side and their delicious lemonade. Great place for subs! Their bread was especially nice and soft.

Firehouse is the best place to get a sub in my opinion. The location is exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly.
The last sub I ordered was the New York Steamer. It’s packed with corned beef and pastrami. The meat is so tender and full of flavor. All of their hot subs can also be served cold.
Also, the meatball sub is out of this world. You won’t be disappointed.

I came to order my subs and met the best Night Shift (oct 10th). My sub came out very quick and it was one of the very best subs I’ve had from firehouse. Staff was working hard to keep the dining room clean while I walked in. It was also the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Great staff, great subs, eat here!

Great option for some great subs! They have a nice selection of quality meats, produce and cheeses. We as a company use them from time to time for a our lunch meetings and our team is always excited when we do so. We are never left feeling hungry afterwards that is for sure.
Would recommend this place to any individual and or company for a food option!

I come to this place about once every two weeks and everytime feels like a right decision. Most of the menu is really tasty (haven't try it all, but I'm on it); service is really fast, personnel always polite and kind. I do recommend this place.

Love the subs!!! - would have given a 5 star review if it wasn't for the fact that after I had PAID for lunch online and arrived at the location on 11 Apr 2022 to pick up my food that then was greeted by a "closed" sign on the front door.
Would have been nice to know before hand!
Edit: I was refunded for the purchase above - lack of staffing shouldn't really be held against the business itself. I'm still keeping it at 4 stars until our next visit. Thank you!

Hey attention everyone, this is a great place to eat. The subs are amazing and the staff seemed friendly. The fact that it was started by firefighters and donates money to the public safety collection is another great reason to eat here. Every sub you buy helps keep the community safe. Had sorta a firehall feel too with the Dimondplated cupboards and firesuits and memorabilia.

Great location, very clean! Stopped ito get a quick bite to eat and there was no wait. Tried the brisket for the first time (suggested by RJ) which was a very good choice. The hero is another favorite of mine! Great team of young workers there who are very friendly!!
