Wendy's

Yes they are short staffed and yes it takes awhile for orders to come up in a rush. However they were working as a team to get everything out to everyone made sure the people in line knew that it would be a bit and kept a smile through the whole rush. I had a whole van full of kids so a big order the guys got it out much quicker than what they expected even though rude customers clogged the soda machine so he had to unclog that while trying to get the line down. I have to give them a big shout out for doing such a great job with not alot of crew.

This is the WORST Wendy's in the world!!! We sat at in the drive thru for 10 min n the person in front of us STILL didn't have anyone ask her for her order!!! Three people behind us left ! We finally just left. This place has the worst service I've ever dealt with. Corporate REALLY needs to check this store out and do an over haul on it. I understand they are short staffed but that means corporate needs to rethink their wages and hiring ideas. Offer incentives something or close the dam place! There was an employee getting frozen food out of the outside freezer taking his good old time too! We'll never go here again !!

Dine in still closed as of 4/29/22. Every other restaurant in the area with packed parking lots, but not here. Almost appeared they were closed due to the complete lack of vehicles. Ended up with getting drive-thru, since we were already committed to eating their food. After reading some other reviews, I'm guessing they are having critical staff shortages. Our food was fine, service was reasonably quick. But come on, open the thing up. Kids don't understand when you tell them you're going to eat at one of their favorite places, only to make them choose getting it to go, or trying a different place.

This Wendy's is the worst!! They hardly ever have what you want.......i e. TACO SALAD or BAKED POTATOS!!!!!!, The last 5 times I've went craving the taco salad 4 out of thise 5 times.....they didn't have them....that was in a 3 months span.....not to mention the fries are always cold....i mean always! The girl at the window today was just Plane mean and rude, she seems annoyed that she had to take my order .....one might ask...why do I keep going back if the service is so bad....well pretty simple this is the only Wendy's in the immediate area other then driving15 mins aways and my food is all cold by the time we get home. I know this review won't make any difference....and this Wendy's will most likely Tay the same as it has been like this for 5 plus yrs now....my brother and his family used to go at least ionce if not twice a week to feed his family of 10....mom dad and 8 kids....they too have stopped going completely when i asked why they stated they always mess up the order....always....which i put off to them having so many kids and getting a order correct for 2 adults and 8 children it's possible to mess up the order....but now i see what they talking about . Not happy. Also i ordered the baconater meal....this is what I got!! But they charged me for the baconater....which i always had before and there were 2 beef patties....so disappointed smh
