Pizza Hut

99% of my pizza orders go to local shops, and rightfully so. Pizza Hut is a guilty pleasure in my pizza line up. Haven't had in years since y'all closed most nearby locations. Ordered twice at the Manor Street location in the last 2 months, which is more pizza hut than I've had in the last 5 years. That staff needs a shout out because they are on point.

The Manor Street location has exceeded expectations without fail. I have used them about 6-7 times in the past few months for work functions and have never once been less than thrilled with the service. Don't be fooled by this small, city location. Their dedication to customer service excels the big fancy locations by a mile. Someone here truly has a passion for their restaurant.

I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in forever! There aren't very many around anymore. I ordered online and picked up through DoorDash. It's only a takeout spot, there's no indoor or outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was as good as I remembered it. It's in an unfamiliar part of downtown Lancaster for me so I had to use my GPS.

I have lived in lancaster all my life and this is my first time ordering from this particulat pizza hut. The person that took my order over the phone was very nice, professional and had great customer service. My husband went in to pick up the pizza and said the 2 employees In there was nice also. I had no problems with my order. The dinner box was still hot when it got home and delicious. I was hesitant to order from here based on past reviews from others but based on my experience, I will order from here again. I did order during lunchtime and it was for pick-up so that may play a huge role in my experience.
