Picasso's Pizza

I have been consistently ordering atleast 2-3 times a week past 2 years while also encouraging others to buy as well at the work place. The customer service and quality has just gotten worse through out this time and while before it was a few random occasions with hair found, now 3 orders in a row there has been hair in the pizza 🍕. The worse part is when problem was reported there was no sorry or any indication the problem will be dealt with. I only took picture of the one time a few hairs were baked into the dough. Another time there was a gray hair and another time a hair baked into the pepperoni.

The best pizza and great wings-the Italian baked are really good. They cook it right as requested. But you have to request and not think when you say just pizza and not well done or crisp etc.... you can't complain-same with wings- crispy or? Always tell them and any place else you go to. But they have always been delicious here with that great char cup Pep the best! We use them for tailgates when we can and everyone loves it. The service is good and always be patient these days. Those there are trying their best. The building is a quirky place and the parking can be impossible so any time off prime hours always best to go there.

Earlier today about 4:30 pm I ordered a party pizza for me and my family who dropped by for memorial day weekend. I ordered half cheese/pepperoni and half cheese/mushroom/green peppers and it was the best pizza we've ever had and I've had them from all over. Everything was perfect, it was cooked perfectly throughout, no doughy messes in the middle like most party pizza has. I don't normally write many reviews because the people who make Pizza changes daily so it may differ but whoever cooked this please don't change how you do it, great job! This was the Broadway location in Lancaster, Ny.

I didn’t know what to give between a 2 or a 3 star. The food is alright. Not a huge fan of the pizza. BBQ fries are very solid. The subs, are amazing. But every single time I get a sub from here. It comes with cheese, the first 3 times I ordered here, I said nothing about cheese and it came with cheese, which like okay?? So the past two times including tonight I explicitly said no cheese and it still comes with cheese. Like I don’t want to have to spend 10 minutes when I get home peeling off cheese. It’s just the customer service is not great. Which is understandable, they are kids. I’m not mad about it. Just need to learn from my mistakes and stop ordering from here.

This review isn’t about the food because I think the food is always pretty good, it’s more about the service. I order from here once or twice a month and order boneless wings. 50% of the time they get the order wrong and give me bone-in wings. I called the last time and spoke with someone and asked if they could deliver the right wings and they tried to make me feel bad because I was a little out of their delivery area. I felt that they should deliver them considering how often this happens. The guy on the phone then had the nerve to say, “well maybe next time you should just open the box and make sure the wings are right.”… or how about your employees just do their job correctly so I don’t have to check? It was incredibly rude and I was in disbelief that he even said that to me. We ordered again this week and sure enough, the wings were wrong again. I just don’t get how hard it is to put the order together correctly- especially with how much they charge. Again, the food is pretty great in my opinion but they need to work on the service at this location.

Picasso's overall is one of the best choices for pizza/wings/subs in Western New York. This location specifically stands out above the rest. The people are extremely friendly, the food is always spot on, and the value couldn't be better. I will continue to choose this location over others because through the last 15 years I've never had a neutral (let alone negative) experience coming here. Always delicious.

Good pizza but they do scam you on the real deals. Instead of bringing in a coupon you just order a real deal when you call on the phone, every time I get the French fry deal they still charge you for the fries when there supposed to be free. It's a fight every time to ask again for the deal and they constantly make the customer feel like their wrong, they might as well bring back coupons.
