The cafe is amazing now! 2 years ago I had an awful experience here - the waiting staff could not care less and were rude back then. However, now everything has changed - the staff are great, who offer excellent customer service! I had so.e amazing coffees from here and cake. Definitely recommend. 🤩

Nice atmosphere, lovely waiting staff. Interior could do with a little refresh. Waited a while for food but it was a busy lunchtime and waiter was very nice about informing me. Had avocado smash with poached eggs. The chefs need to go a bit easier on the sweet chilli sauce - it was drowning in it. The food wasn’t that hot either unfortunately which was a bit disappointing after waiting a while. Would visit again though :-)

Great find in Lancaster. Coffee, scones and cakes were fantastic and staff were 1st class (especially Roya and Linden).

I recently had lunch here with some family, and what a hive of activity this little place is! It's a really popular venue, so it does take a while for food to appear, but when it does, it's worth the wait.

Stopped into the town centre midway through a long drive back to Scotland, just stopped here randomly looking for a place to grab a tea and a bite, lovely interior, friendly and helpful staff, good looking food that tastes just as good as it looks.
