Burger King

Apparently the drive-through does not understand English, I asked for a double whopper with cheese no pickles and received a double whopper with cheese pickles, jalapeños, bacon and mustard. I DID NOT ORDER A TEXAS WHOPPER. Please put somebody in the drive-through window who understands English, it would be much appreciated!

Newly remodeled. Pretty nice playground area for the kids. Management is on top of things checking on us. The service is expedient and professional. As an experienced reviewer take it from me a 3 star review is pretty good from my standards of excellence. So to finalize if you want to have a good meal, or just to enjoy the facilities this is the place.

Served uncooked spicy chicken called their location 11 times not to complain yet to advise them to be a little more careful but no answer what so ever and when I left it wasn’t packed so I found very unprofessional but I wanted now was just an explanation maybe they no longer answer phones or the cook was in training which I would understand

By far the best Burger King in Laredo! Amazing customer service! Karina the General Manager goes out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect! Highly recommend that if something goes wrong(which happens in any restaurant or business), to communicate with management, as suppose to writing a bad review. These guys work extremely hard for the community. I've seen it first hand! They've prepared 540 croissant sandwiches for us almost every other week, and they come in at 3a.m. to ensure that everything is set and ready to go. They're the only restaurant I know that does this. They always have everything prepped on time! Love you guys!

Since the Burger King in my town is possibly the worst restaurant in it's entire chain, with a rating of 2.9.... Obviously, when I went out of town to visit family I had to visit the nearest Burger King there in Laredo, because I knew it could not have worse food or service as my local restaurant. Sure enough, this restaurant in Laredo was like a Godsend, the food was fabulous, actually tasted like a real Whopper. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Thank God there are still some good Burger Kings left on this planet. If I could just get Burger King to realize the trash they have here in my town, I would have their food at least twice a week here.
