Very disappointed. We came about 10pm and drive thru service was slow, but I chalked it up to being short staffed. But even that can't account for paying nearly $25 for a cold pub burger, which is missing pickles and has the world's skimpiest amount of cheese sauce and onions, then a pathetic *freezing* chicken salad with a whopping 10 shreds of lettuce. Even with the slow, confused service aside, it was a pathetic, expensive experience. Go somewhere else.

Clean. Hot food. Ethan took our order and he made charming jokes. Had me laughing. He was fun and a breath of fresh air. Nice to see someone pleasant in food service. What a hoot! Good salesman too. Talked me into getting extra fries good call! 😀

Jessica took my order, she was extremely polite and helped me with figuring out how to use their app :-) lol Wish more ppl in customer service positions were as great at their job as she is!

The family eats here at least once every 2 weeks. Foods always good. The only problem we've ever had is the fries being slightly cold but they always throw fresh ones on when we ask. Always been polite and fast.

The person who took my order, just sort of stared at me,after I told her what I wanted.
Sort of spooky. Baked potato and frosty very good once I got them. A couple of loud drunks inside. Manager told them to leave. They finally did slowly. Not overly impressed.

the night worker at the first window with glasses where you pay was very rude, did not even say one word. looked distracted or unhappy even when i went to say thank you he shut the window. sad that wendy’s is hiring employees who make us not want to go there.
the lady manager was cool, very sweet but they should hire people who actually want to work and don’t bring their problems to work. however food was okay and a bit cold and drinks were delicious!

I thought maybe this Wendy's would get my order right but none of it was. I order two number 12's (their new hot honey chicken) for me and my wife and they gave me a burger and a different kind of chicken sandwich. I subbed my fries for a cheese and bacon potato but it hardly has any cheese on it. I'm disappointed because we tried that chicken sandwich and loved it and wanted to eat it again but haven't the last two times we tried. How hard can it be to get an order right?

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dirty inside and out. Bathroom was out of tp so instead of refilling the stall they hung the tp from a door. All of the floors are sticky and full of trash and food. Took 25 mins to get a 4 for 4. Soda fountain looks like it was never cleaned, all of the straws are soaked with soda. Food was not cooked/prepared right, order was wrong, fries were over salted so I could not eat them. They were out of baked potatoes. Never again will I stop here while traveling through New Mexico. ✌️
