Panda Express

This panda express needs a complete overhaul of their employees. The attitudes are unprofessional and rude. I even called to complain to a manager as a young lady in the drive thru was obviously having a very bad day. She was very bothered by me asking for soy sauce and practically threw the bag with food to be through the window. The manager took the feedback well, but nothing has changed. The speed of the drive through is excellent and the food is usually pretty tasty. I would really like to get my Panda with a good customer service experience. But time and time again I keep getting disappointed by their unfriendly and very rude behavior. I avoid this place now. Be a little nicer, Panda Express. Or hire employees that have some accountability.

Panda Express is a hot or miss kind of restaurant. If you go just before the lunch hour all of the food is ready to go. It's delicious. Let them get busy with the drive thru and the restaurant and it's mayhem. They run out of food they can't keep up in the kitchen. Once you get over that, I still go back because I love the walnut shrimp and veggies.

My family ordered food from this location as we always do and last time we gave the benefit of the doubt. This go around our order is missing the extra spring rolls, Cream filled Wan Tans, three sets of chop sticks and more then one package of Soy sauce. I am not happy that this keeps happening as it wasn't so bad back in January even with the Pandemic cause both Supply and staff stortage. Very disappointed in the lack of care from the management and will be taking it to district to see of it will be made right.

This place is the WORST! I always order the mushroon chicken with fried rice and my dish looked as though they dug it out of the GARBAGE CAN! And if the truth be told they DID exactly that! I had two bites of chicken. Well....I hope it was chicken! That wouldn't have bothered me as I'm not a big meat eater but i had two zucchini squash pieces halved and no mushrooms what so ever! But now for the hard dry crunchy rice with noodles in it! My gosh! REALLY? I do not understand why during the pandemic the restraunts here in Cruces were good. Please go back to the way it was! We drive a long way outta our way to come to this establishment and to be served a product such as this is NOT exceptable! YUCKY! Does corporate even read these reviews???? Makes you ? Decided not to drive all that way back just to complain. Threw in trash exactly where it belonged! Won't go back!

Short version: Went in for Orange Chicken and Beef & Broccoli and left without either because once again they were out or it wasn't prepared. They're always out of something! I've eaten at many PE locations for like 20 years back in CA without issue, this one I've had nothing but problems every time I've gone. My family actually wrote off this location a year or so ago because they were always out of something. I decided to give them a try tonight and SUPRISE, they were out of Orange Chicken, the main thing people go there for they can't even keep in stock. The other half of my order was for Beef & Broccoli and after waiting in the drive-through for 10-15 mins I was told the B&B wouldn't be ready for another 6-7 minutes, so I substituted it. I suspect they just stop making certain dishes a couple hours before closing to save money, its either that or this location is just that poorly run. Either way I'm done giving this place a chance. I'll make a point to hit up Wok n' World before they close at 8:30.

This location has really tanked since opening, but the final straw was last night when I ordered 3 portions of teriyaki chicken and was told after the fact they didn't have any teriyaki sauce. But the worst of it was when I took it home and ate it, and we became VIOLENTLY ill. It seemed underdone, but we blamed it on the lack of sauce. Won't be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either
