Papa John's Pizza

As far as food goes, for the most part, it is good. I have found that when ordering light sauce, they get that right about 50% of the time. It’s better to order no sauce and get a cup of sauce on the side. My main issue that inspired me to write a review is this. During a dangerous pandemic, there were no precautions in place. Not one worker wore a mask. No protective shield. Nothing. There was flour everywhere. Cleaning was not a priority. I was shocked. The friendliness factor was great. Follow thru with actions that show that you care about us, local Papa Johns.

I usually love Papa John's, but I have had several issues with this location. I have filled out the feedback surveys and have never been contacted to have anything corrected. The pizzas come out inconsistent and customer service has been poor. This would be a 4-5 star review if they would correct their mistakes and take care of the customers.

We had one of the worst pizzas that we have ever had from Papa Johns last night. It was under-cooked & the onions were raw. There was so little meat & veggies on it that they were hard to find. The website said $12 for a "specialty" pizza but I was charged much more than that & it was hardly ediblel. I ordered cheese breadsticks & a 2 liter of soda which was supposed to be a "combo" price which translated must mean "bait and switch which costs way more than you are told that it will be" because the whole ticket was $28, so either they charged extra for each meat & veggie ingredient which means that a "specialty" pizzz consists of dough & cheese or the cheesey breadsticks & the 2-liter were very expensive. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth & it will be a very long time before I can try this place again.
