Wendy's

2 Stars because the staff was courteous. This location is extremely understaffed, I ordered a curbside order and 20 minutes later I had to go in because my order had not been acknowledged. When I came in there were several other customers waiting and 1 cashier. I decided to write this review because this was the 3rd time I’ve done a mobile order and every time the food was thrown together and I’ve still had to wait even with an order an advance. Pretty much every other Wendy’s I’ve been to in the city is the opposite of this experience but something is wrong here. I won’t be visiting again but hopefully they figure out the staffing.

My husband dropped thru the drive thru today for our dinner. He ordered 2 small frosties with two meals. The frosties came with lids for large drinks, thus not sealing and they spilled all over the passenger seat of my car, a sport leather with ventilation holes. So when he got home we had the task of cleaning up the car seat. Furthermore, I was supposed to get a large fry, I received a value fry with each of our orders. My spicy chicken sandwich was so dry you'd think it was cooked in an air fryer. The chicken was barely a half inch thick...very thin. The fries were not fresh and crisp either, my husband specifically demanded fresh fries and burgers but everything was dry and old. They NEVER give you a receipt, even when you ask for one. Terrible overall. Worth zero stars.

The sandwich was dripping with ketchup and mayo, piled with a ridiculous amount of pickles, and the fries were soggy.. I realize what type of establishment I'm at, and have a pretty high tolerance for mediocre fast food experiences, but this was far below average. When you notice something wrong with every food item you ordered, even low-set expectations aren't being met.
