Jimmy John's

I have been ordering sandwiches from here for nearly a year. Sometimes I get carry out. Sometimes I get delivery. 19 out of 20 times my sub is perfection and comes exactly how I ordered it. It arrives exactly when I need it to. The staff has always been polite, the delivery speed has been top grade and the food quality has been second to none. For what this place is, I can't ask for anything better. A+ review

After waiting for my sandwich for 40 minutes, I called to make sure they had the right address. The person who took my order accidentally put it in as a pick-up. Then the delivery driver shows up to the wrong address. I'm currently waiting an hour later and still haven't gotten my food. This is my first experience ordering Jimmy Johns and I am NOT impressed.

WORST JIMMY JOHN'S EVER. Last night I ordered from them and I waited 20 minutes before I called to make sure my order was placed and everything was okay. I was sincere and patient with the employee on the phone who told me it would be out in 10 minutes. I waited... 20 more minutes passed. I called again and I spoke to the same worker. He told me that it would be out in less than five minutes. Keep in mind that at this point I had been waiting 40 minutes, and an extra five promised from the worker. I was already planning on asking for a refund and to cancel the order but since he said five more minutes I continued to wait. I ended up waiting AN HOUR for a sandwich and a soda. When I got my order, the driver was down the street and I had to walk out of my building closer to his car. It was 2:30 in the morning. I was unhappy. I called the store and complained about having to wait so long for what is promised to be 'freaky fast delivery.' The worker told me that there wasn't anything he could personally do about it but that he would have his manager contact me and he would tell his manager that I was 'pretty pissed about it.' Personally, I didn't like being talked to or about like that. I asked if he would please not word it exactly like that and be more appropriate. That's where the conversation ended. Today there was no call from the manager. I had to call again. I called, spoke with the manager and the manager told me he was never informed about my complaint or problems with my order. I told him what happened. He spoke with a worker and then told me that the worker said he had told me last night that it was a 30-40 minute wait. I got extremely flustered because that was incredibly false. I demanded a full refund because there's no way I am ordering from that location again. The store completely ruined it for me. I was then told by the manager that there's no way to refund my order because it had already been processed by the credit card company. Um, what? I'm sorry but that's bull. I have had similar problems in the past with food places having terrible delivery, and my orders have been refunded! Side note, I paid with a credit card online if that wasn't already obvious. Then I found a retweet online by JJ's company which clearly stated that orders can be refunded. I'm fed up at this point. And if you actually read all of this than you absolutely know why. Save your time. Pick up some bread and deli meat from Kroger's and make yourself a sandwich.

I never get my delivery in less that 45 mins. Often times it is wrong. And the people on the phone are glibb, rude, and clearly high--so is the delivery driver, whenever he does show up. It's the only place open late on sundays and that's why i keep trying to be understanding, but i was just told they weren't delivering tonight and no other location is willing to cover their zone.

Customer Service is absolutely terrible. I called an spoke to the manager after an hour had past and still hadn't received my order. The manager stated that they were really busy and my order was on its way. I suggested that his staff should inform customers that they are busy and deliveries might be a delayed. He then advised me that if I wanted my food on time that I should of called earlier when they werent busy and place a order with a set time!!! What kinda business tells their customers to call and place their orders when it's convenient for the restaurant in order to receive it on time. I don't recommend this place at all, go to firehouse subs they are on the street behind the store.
