Mcdonald's

As a door dash driver, Larry - who works 3rd shift, is a life saver. Instead if dismissing me and making me wait in the drive thru for 25-30 minutes (which cause me to lose money), he gets my order together quickly and hands it to me at the door. I cannot express how much I appreciate this. McDonald's - you should give this man a raise. He works hard and efficient and truly takes care of customers. This is a rarity these days.

The employees in here are super nice. But it never fails when you come here the line is wrapped around the building and then some and not moving. When moving they're very slow 8 out of 9 times that you come here. If you come at night between the hours of 3 and 6 it's hitt or miss whether or not they will even take your order they usually just come on the speaker and say they're not taking orders right now, no reason they're all in there when you go to drive away they're sitting at the tables laughing and cutting up hanging out in the lobby, but there's 2 hours every night that they simply will not work the window or anything, they do nothing. Not in not sure why the owner pays them for 2 hours for no work, but whatever floats their boat.

The food was grea fresh and hot. Employees are friendly, Thank you. Things to consider is waiting time in drive thru. Made mobile order, there was a line and came drive thru to pick up at 12:35am- got my food at 1:00am. Could just be shortage of employees but the food was fresh and Hot. Asked for ranch, graciously gave me more then enough.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s. They are always very rude. Slow. Terrible terrible service. Half the time it looks like only one person is actually working while the rest is on their phone. In fact I am currently waiting on french fries because a girl who was on her phone somehow overcooked the last batch. Someone should give the lady with pinkish red hair a raise. She is the only one working.

Gave my order, told me to pull to second window, didn’t tell me how much? Pulled up and sat there patiently for someone to come to window but no one ever came?? I saw employees walking back and forth, I blew horn and waved my hands, I was being completely ignored Waited 15min or more for a Large fry, Drink and Muffin I came between 3:10-3:25am Spoke to manager Kaylinn or Kaitlynn, asked for GM name Jimmy No empathy or sympathy Just “were short staffed”, but there were no cars and I under stand being short staffed but at least great the customer take money give drinks and let them know your working on food and apologize for wait. Manager needs to be retrained hopefully she’s not training anyone😩 Where is the customer service now days smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

I would give zero stars if I could. They need to just shut this location down third shift because they refuse to serve customers from 3-6am. I know McDonald’s is not paying employees to stand in the parking lot leaned over cars running their mouth but telling customers they not serving until 4:30am. Why are you even open third shift. The food is cold, employees and management refuse to work and they even told me one time the were not serving drinks because they had no cups. Seriously? Everybody needs to be fired starting with management.
