Chick-fil-a

Here lately the employees are showing laziness at this location . On there cellphones and chatting amongst themselves before waiting on customers. Mgr laying across counters .very unprofessional . Someone needs to correct this behavior . Next time I will take pictures.05/18/2022 @7pm. I was ignored went somewhere else.

this morning I went to buy breakfast at chick file in Fayette mall this is the second time I lose my money in this restaurant, I order my food, and I return to my work, then, I return to pick up my food and I ordered a breakfast that comes combo, so they did not give me the coffee that came with breakfast, I asked some girls who work there and they started laughing, instead of solving the problem, on the way back to my work I realized that the food was not what I I asked, so I went back to the place and asked for my money back, and I don't know if the woman who came after the girls were laughing, after what happened, the woman told me that they don't sell breakfast after 10:30 and my order was at 11:30, so if they don't sell breakfast after a certain time I don't understand why the boy who works there took my order, but in the end they kept my money because I didn't want to argue with the woman for 10 dollars I didn't want anything for free just my order correctly but the way the employees behaved is not appropriate, they shouldn't make fun of the customers like that, apart from that they blamed me because they say I made a mistake when ordering my food.

I have always loved chick-fil-A and have never had any problems until I came to this LOCTAION IN FAYETTE MALL. Went to get breakfast which they stop serving at 10:30am. I walked in at 10:30am on the dot!! I stood (no line) for some seconds and then someone came to the register. I asked if I could get breakfast she looked behind her then at the time (it had just changed to 10:31am) and then told me they stopped selling breakfast at 10:30am!! One darn minute and I couldn't get breakfast!! I have never had a place tell me that over a minute!! So I guess everything is thrown away at 10:30am on the dot!?! It would be different if she said they start changing over to lunch at 10:20am and they didn't have any more breakfast foods, but that wasn't the case!! I'm Highly disappointed and I will NOT be going back to that loctaion EVER again. I would love for someone to please explain to me how by just a minute a couldn't get breakfast.
